(A) To transfer file between laptop and android or android to android follow the step given blow :-
1.  Download ES FILE EXPLORER on android.
2.  Then open es file explorer and on the left above click on the menu
3.  In menu click on network then net manager
4.  then click on create a hotspot network.
5. Note the Id and password

(B) To transfer file between laptop and android -
1. Now again in android go back to network menu and click on remote manager.
2. Click on         turn on WLan
3. note the input address Eg.     ftp://192.168.43.1:3721/
3. Now in laptop firstly disable the internet if running.
2. then click on network icon in the laptop in the bottem and connect to the android id ( will be seen like "ES_3402".
3. put the password  noted above in step 5 of part (A).
4. open internet explorer( other browser eg crome will not work) and type the input address noted in step 3 and hit enter
5. then click alt and on view menu click on open ftp site in window explorer.

now you can copy paste files between computer and android.

(C) To transfer file between android and android -
1. simply repeat the steps 1 to 3 of part (A).
2. then on join a network click on first android id and put the password noted in step 5 of part (A)
3 now both mobiles are conntected.
4 return to files on es file explorer. select the files  and click on send. it will search the other android device.
5. on other mobile select the desired location. hurrey files are going from one android to another with great speed.
